Creating a report that will show a failed BW_Process to it's Parent Job.

When we have a BW_Process or BW_ProcessChain fail, we get alerted via ticketing agent on that process only, but does not show what ParentJob/Job Definition it failed under.

Example- Suppose a BW_Process job with job id 136117370 goes into error or killed status in cps. I am trying to map it with it's job definition. If is can be mapped directly through a cps report, that would be awesome. I have attached a screenshot of what it looks like in cps that I would like to pull with same in a report. Thanks for any help possible
