Dear All,
We are facing a peculiar issue with REDWOOD Queue which is connecting to an ECC system. After a gateway overflow in one of the dialog instance in ECC system, all the jobs are going to Dispatched status and no XML logs are observed in the ECC system.
I had tried to restart the PS after - it is going to "Connecting " status and it times out after 600 seconds. I have tried to clear all the logins from REDWOOD, then restart it - Again the same issue is occuring. We had to restart the CPS system to resolve this issue and connection was working fine.
To make it more strange, latest gateway overflow observed did not affect the CPS system.
Any inputs on the way to solution will be really helpful.
