Hi experts,
We are experiencing this issue intermittently, maybe once a week or every other week in our Redwood CPS Production. A string of jobs will fail in CPS and not get created in ECC. In the CPS "Operator Messages" tab, we see the following messages:
An error has occurred in the SAP connector: Exception: 102: Connect ping timeout occurred after 60 seconds
followed by a string of:
Job ####### aborted due to at least one error while running jobs in step: Job #######
Our Netweaver Basis team is saying that they do not know what is causing these errors. The issue resolves itself after a random duration (sometimes as small as 15 minutes, sometimes as long as 3 hours). All jobs within this duration are failed. Jobs that run frequently like every hour or 15 minutes will be successful on the next run. Jobs that run daily or so must be restarted manually in CPS.
Has anyone seen this before?
