Issues integrating SolMan Job Req Mngmnt with CPS: Adding Steps to jobs

We are setting up SolMan (7.1 SP4) to integration with SAP CPS by Redwood (M33.65) for Job Request Management.

Currently we face an issue where we have started integration between SolMan and CPS:

We have setup the SAP Inbound (AKA BAE) connection in CPS.

We have setup Incident Management and ITSM in SolMan to allow Job Request Management and Job Documentation to flow to manage jobs in CPS for connected systems.

However we find that
*After creating job request

*and creating job documentation

THEN we get an error when we start trying to add steps to a Job Document. Here there seems some form of issue with the BAE connection to CPS - perhaps with security (though not sure if on SolMan or CPS).

Here are the errors we get:

SolManError20120225_001.pngSolManError20120225_002.png

SolManError20120225_003.png

SolManError20120225_004.png

So you can see that the final image (which is RSEXTSDL_TEST) the SAP Inbound connection for CPS looks healthy (it seems fine and tests OK from CPS too)

The obvious error is that user CF4962 is invalid - however this user is a valid user in the UME for SAP CPS.

Has anyone seen this or similar issues before?

I will update this as a log, hopefully of use to others, as we resolve it.
